Expanding into overseas markets early on, JAC Motors has steadfastly pursued an internationalization strategy, achieving significant milestones. To date, it has established six overseas subsidiaries and nineteen factories globally, exporting vehicles to over 132 countries and regions, serving millions of users worldwide.
In the RCEP region, JAC's high-end smart pickup T9 held its official launch in March, gearing up for mass production. With subsidiary operations established in Vietnam and Malaysia, and electric vehicle imports slated for Thailand, Indonesia, Singapore, Myanmar, and Laos this year, JAC Motors maintains a strong regional presence.
Featuring a third-generation 460kW silicon carbide drive motor, it accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in under 3 seconds and includes an 800V 4C fast-charging system, recently winning the prestigious Red Dot Concept Design Award in Germany. In addition to prioritizing independent development, JAC Motors has intensified collaboration efforts.
Furthermore, through a strategic joint venture with Volkswagen, the new Volkswagen-Anhui plant commenced operations in December 2023, exporting to European markets, while JAC's first electric vehicle for the domestic market is set to launch soon.
